Position: Appointment Setter (Full-Time | Remote)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM EST
Compensation: $1,000/month + performance-based bonuses (OTE $2000-$4000/month)

We're looking for a Appointment setter to join our team full-time and play a critical role in client satisfaction, onboarding, and retention. This isn’t just a support role — it’s about becoming a trusted partner to our clients and helping them succeed using our system.
What You'll Be Doing
-Calling inbound leads (warm leads) through a dialer we will provide to you
-Confirming appointments for the closer to help with the show rate
-Follow up with leads that did not show up or cancelled an appointment
Who We're Looking For
- Experience in appointment setting and sales
- Confident on Zoom and phone calls
- Fast learner, problem-solver, go-getter mentality
- Highly organized and responsible — you follow through without needing to be chased
- (Big Plus) Experience working with contractors or home service businesses
- (Big Plus) Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM or similar platforms
